REFUND POLICY

Return Conditions

  • Once you have confirmed your order, it might not be possible to edit or cancel it.

  • There are no refunds once the art has been shipped. If you made a mistake on your order, please fill out the contact form ASAP so it can be taken care of.

  • I aim for all information, photographs and shipping information to be as accurate as possible. Therefore all sales are final, except in the case of damage during shipment. If your painting has been damaged during shipment, if able, make the courier aware upon receipt. You can email me at vitoriaregiapaintings@gmail.com with any problems regarding your order and I will try my best to rectify and issues.

  • All original oil paintings are packed and chipped by me. Fill out the contact form if you had any issues with the order.

  • About All Art Prints and mugs, Printful is responsible for fulfillment of your order and shipping. If you have any issues, please contact my first and I will help you to understand Printiful’s Return Policy and submit a problem report. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

What happens if a package wasn't delivered, but the tracking states that it was?

There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer's address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch." get in touch with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order.
